Lithium battery · 2022
LFP cathode material spray drying line
QZR high-speed centrifugal spray dryer for lithium iron phosphate cathode slurry. Drying takes tens of seconds, producing compact micro-spheres with higher bulk density. Magnetic filtering keeps iron out and exhaust heat above 120 °C is recycled.

Redispersible polymer powder plant

Closed-loop · 2014
HMDS solvent recovery spray dryer
Closed-cycle spray dryer with nitrogen as the drying gas. The evaporated solvent is condensed and recovered, and the nitrogen is reheated and reused.
