How it works
Fine droplets, fast cooling, safe operation.
The feed is mixed with high-velocity gas in a three-fluid nozzle. Gas shear forms fine, uniform droplets with a controlled size distribution.
Combined with cold-air molding, the droplets solidify quickly. Rapid cooling improves product consistency and meets explosion-proof requirements by limiting the risk of overheating or pressure build-up.
